As co-Editor-in-Chief of The Muse and a team leader and Proofing Editor on the Marquee, I have found that nurturing effective leadership and organizational strategies in an integral part of being an editor. I strive to exert open mindedness and positivity to ensure my staffers feel comfortable approaching me with new ideas or concerns. I also work to provide resources for my staffers to gain knowledge and guide them through the year.
