In order to advertise upcoming events on The Muse to promote our Issue 1 distribution, my Co-EIC and I requested to do a takeover on our school’s morning announcements. We prepared a script the night before and went into the studio to rehearse and film. According to the broadcast managing editor, we did the show in “record time.” We also had a segment on another show to inform the student body about Issue 2, our new member interest meeting, and more.
